Latest Work
Bay 1 (Roadside) Currently Bay 1 is being used to house boats for repair. The next work planned for this bay is to seal the floor and paint the roadside wall. One half of this bay will be for changing and showers etc whereas the down-river end will be for housing small boats.
Bay 2 (Centre) The wall against bay 3 has been painted and the floor completed pending the application of non-slip paint. Ergo-meters are stored here. A further consideration for this bay is racking for boats.
Bay 3 (Riverside) The roof has been sealed against condensation, the internal wall painted and the walls clad. The steel uprights have been clad and skirting board is being added. Focus is now centred on the ramps and balcony .
Ramps and Balcony Work to the ramps is proceeding very quickly and the balcony is taking shape. |
