Medway Towns Rowing Club wants all it's members and visitors to enjoy their rowing.   The Club Welfare Officer is responsible for ensuring that all members, and especially those who are juniors or vulnerable, are protected from harm arising from the actions of other people.  All members who have significant interaction with juniors are required to have CRB clearance. If you feel in any way unsafe, bullied, threatened or abused, or have concerns about the behaviour of anyone towards a junior or vulnerable adult, please contact Fran, whose contact details are on the Committee Notice board in the Clubhouse.
