Bay 3 is now largely complete although plans for a dividing wall between the social area and that used as the gymnasium is currently on hold until the work in Bay 1 is complete.

Bay 2 is complete and now houses the majority of the Club's boats.

The photograph on the left above shows the downriver end prior to fitting out with further sculling boat racks.

At the time of writing, work is continuing in the upriver section of Bay 1 towards the completion of the changing rooms, showers and toilet facilities.
